My foot hurts

About Me
I'm a 29 year-old former sprint track athlete (open 400, 4x400, 300m hurdles) who, after years of severely neglecting her physical health, lost 30 pounds and ran a marathon. My new goal is tackling my first Ultra...we'll see how that goes!
