Quick post

Vibram five fingers. Get them now!  I just did six miles in them this morning and it was wonderful. I think they have really brought the joy of running back – they make my feetsies feel so free! Plus, my hip doesn’t hurt when I run in them.  Yaaay.

Back to the usual training schedule this week after last week’s rest/hiatus/laziness

  1. There has been a lot of talk in running arenas about this shoe. Though, I have a hard time calling it a “shoe.” Maybe a “foot glove?” I don’t know. I did hear that when wearing them for long distances, runner BEWARE! Rocks and gravel will make your feet like walking hamburger patties. Sign me up. Hopefully, you can avoid this meal in your shoes. Or gloves.
